BRUSCHETTA - GARLIC TOAST

______________________________

Ingredients

Slices of country style bread
Cloves of Garlic, peeled
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

______________________________

Instructions

Most traditional method: Grill the bread until it is crispy and starting to burn a little
Second best method: Broil the bread in an oven until it is crispy and starting to burn a little
Lazy man's method: Place bread in a toaster, toast until crispy and starting to burn a little (keep an eye on the toaster for safety).

For each slice, rub a side with a clove of garlic. The more you rub, the more garlicky it will taste. Then pour some olive oil over it and sprinkle with salt. You can stop here, and eat the Bruschetta, or you can go on and add chopped or sliced fresh tomatoes for a delicious variation.
