Stracciatella- Egg soup
Serves 4

Ingredients

4 eggs
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Bring the broth to a boil in a medium sized pot. Meanwhile, whisk together the egg, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and salt. Pour the egg mixture into the broth and briefly whisk it. Let the soup boil for 2-3 minutes. Serve with toasted bread.
